To be honest I have no idea where to start with this build... Tonight I'll photograph the interior and the engine compartment so you'll have an idea on what needs to be done. I think I'm going to start with getting the engine to work properly.
Engine
There's no coolant in the engine and I'm sure some hoses are missing. I guess I'll need to just start and scribble down what I'm missing. I'm hoping my buddy Dennis will be able to set me up with generic spare parts seeing that he's a carmechanic/aftersales manager.
Body
It'll take a while before I even get to this particular part of te build, but I'm pretty sure what I would want the series to look like.. Pennine Grey!!! Checkout these images:
Chassis
The chassis (thank God) is rock solid. Restored by the British Owner at some point, so no work should be necessary to it..
Bodywork/RUST!
The window sills?! (the lower part where the doors hinge onto onto the bulkhead) are pretty rotten. Best thing is to order replacement parts that I can just weld in there..
But first, just work through all the spagetti wiring and get the engine to fire normally? Please give me your comments!
